Developing a global Social Media Strategy that can fly
Russia’s second airline asked for a social media strategy that would help them build presence and relevance over four different social networks: Facebook, Instagram, VKontakte and Odnoklassniki.
They were provided with a content strategy featuring new KPI’s, storytelling domains, online activations and operational rollout on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
My role: strategic & creative lead.
